hello house pls can any one tell me which is best btw the window hosting plan and linux hosting plan .i know for sure depending on what i want to use with it. thanks |

You have already answered your question. It depends on what applications/Scripts that you intend to use. Though many would argue that Linux is more secure and runs on less system resources, when compared with Windows. |

With Linux/Unix server hosting, you have the ability to integrate Chmod permission, Mod Rewrite, Apache Web server, as well as MySQL database and PHP. PHP coding will not work on Windows hosting unless you install Apache Server for Windows (WAMP) on your system. WAMP stands for Windows-Apache-MySQL-PHP. ASP coding will not work on Linux hosting unless you install adding 'Apache::ASP' module into hidden Apache Server (http conf) directory to support ASP. (LAMP, stands for Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP).
