Pls nairalanders kindly share your experience on appendicitis.had to rush hubby to hospital overnight.doc suspects appendicitis but says a scan has to be done on monday to be sure.he was given some drugs and injection.pls share your experience with me. |

Not a doctor oh....but had an appendectomy last year. All things being equal it should be a safe surgery as I understand it's a basic surgery -mine was an emergency surgery as the pain was really unbearable. If there are any specifics you want to find out about, you can ask? pls if you are advised to have an appendectomy-DO IT |
