Rule 3.moisturize your skin: dry skin needsto be hydrated before "wet makeup"such as creamy foundations gel blush and concealers are applied. A good moisturizer or a foundation primer should be applied to plump up skin.
Rule 4. Brighten up the face:If you have uneven skin tone,concealers can be a complexion saver. Dot a pink or peach-colored concealer on the dark areas.
Rule 5.Addition of blush or bronzer: If your cheeks are naturally rosy,you don't need a bronzer.But if not,add a bit of pop with blush brush.It's important to find the right bronzer so you don't end up looking fake baked.
Rule 6. Apply your powder.
