Always getting resource limit exceeded in recent tym and host shut down,dont know have contacted my host buh yet it continues only for yesterday to get this info....what's your advice on this

Are u using wordpress? your site security is too porous.
You seeing SQL INJECTION. people having access to your database, then they add themselves as users through your database tables and the login as admin to spam.
What platform is your website on?

Start by changing your wp-admin username and password(make sure your password is strong)!!, 2. If you know your way around your database, delete the users, that's is if your site doesn't require people to sign up.
Add a spam protector pugin to your site to prevent spams, delete useless plugins!!! Install hidemywp plugin, this plugin would help change your link to where you can enter ur admin username and password as well as other functions.
Then check your logs, if you have access to block the ip address that logged in as admin or if you notice on usual visits from a certain ip.
Update your plugins if any is outdated. And upgrade your wordpress if your using an old version.
And as well contact your host service. If this doesn't work.
