Responsibilities:

Will handle incoming and out-going calls.
Will address clients and give responses to their enquirers.
Will input reports and necessary information into the computer.




Requirements:

Should have computer knowledge and knowledge of the music industry.
Should be smart, organized and knowledgeable.
Should be good looking.
Should be able to communicate effectively and have secretarial administrative skills.
Minimum of O'level and 1-2 years experience.
Should have customer service skills and interpersonal skills
