Hello sir..pls i knw you 're an expert in terms of building/constructions...pls could you help me to knw how many cartons of tile that would bè ok for 10 X 10 room ..plus the current tile price per carton..thanks!

Ytechconst: Tiles are sold per square metres. It now depends on the size and manufacturer that determines how many square metre is in a carton.

For 10ft x 10ft room. You need approximately 11square metre for the floor tiles and skirtings.

I will reccommend 40 x 40 tiles which the first grade china is sild for 1500. When you get to the market request for 40 x 40 tiles and confirm from d carton how many square metre available in the carton. Assuming we have 1.5 square metre in a carton then you calculate 11square metre divided by 1.5 square metre the will be equal to 7.3. that is 7 carton with 3 pieces.
