We are currently recruiting to fill the below position: Job Title: Customer Service Officer Location: Lagos Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities General administrative and clerical support Receive and sort mail and deliveries Should be very much familiar with MS Office and Internet. Respond promptly to customer inquiries Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes Manage customers’ accounts Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Prepare and distribute customer activity reports Follow up on customer interactions Requirements B.
