Yes not long ago a plot of land in the popular surulere in lagos nigeria was just a few a thousands, years later it sky-rocket to millions of naira.
The first question that comes to mind is why this sudden and quick rise in price when other areas never make it to a single million for more than 30 years. The very first answer that comes to mind is that this same surulere is where the National stadium is located and very close to the commercial nerve center of lagos.
Another opportunity is available again for those that have fore sight right there in Ogun state, the Gateway Stadium is presenting another surulere
and believe it or not the area surrounding the stadium a plot of land was sold to my brother for just 300k and in less than two years the price is over a million naira. Luckily for him he bought 2plots(side by side), so he wants to sell the one plot to start building on the other plot immediately.
