After formating My DELL D600 laptop, it no longer had the "hibernate" and "standby" feature any more. When i scroll any window it sems to move slowly and "jumpy" i.e it moved impulsively. I have installed a fresh copy XP professional twice with two diffrent CD's but still get the same result. Now What do i do next  |

Thats because your system lacks the VGA Driver. Just Install it and you're good to go. |

actually he has the VGA driver, else he wont even see anthing onscreen! windows comes with a generic vga driver built in which doesnt go beyond 1024 x 768 resolution. what you mean is he lacks the actual manufacturer drivers for his video card. |
