Learned People of NairaLand. How long does it take to process Cof O for a Building and must it be the original papers of the house that you hand over to the person who will process? Is it not possible for the person because he/she has the original papers of your house to sell it off in the name of CofO processing? your expert opinion will be appreciated. |

Also note, there is no fix timeline for CofO processing, it depends when the various processes needed to undergo are completed, and when the governor signs it. Warning! Do not give out ur original land documents to just anybody you do not knw his root to process, or else you might forfit ur assets if he turns out to be a dubious person. |
