I am in need of a 20 or 40 feet container depending on the price, location and terms of delivery.
I intend converting it to moveable apartment since the environment I have fallen in love with is 'Govt acquisition area'.

No, its nt ready made, I paid a welder to do it for me, he had bought materials to use, when I had another opportunity that demands I leave d area, so I told him to hold on, if u want it, that's where d arrangement starts from.
