There are available aptitude test samples you can practice with before hand like the shl, gmats, psychometric test etc. Get your self acquitted with the questions and how to answer them, some of them are made available on this forum, better yet you can Google for more free samples which are made available, this one no be say God go come down come write am for you, when you make yourself prepared then God's grace isn't far fetched, Goodluck! wink smiley grin

Constant practice! Get a gmat and its workbook....get GRE and SHL questions.....after a while, you won't even need to read before you write and pass the tests........Try and get the problem of passing tests behind you. That's just the first phase of a recruitment process
