try flexytalk plugin. Or visit wordpress[.]org/plugin and search for chat plugin. Also check out socialpress

Sign up for zopim and integrate the chat script at the footer of your website.

if you use wordpress or joomla, look for footer.php or whatever file name is given to your footer file.

Though i have premium chat plugin for wordpress and joomla.
