Footlocker: . When we received our certificate we were warned! If you lose it your on your own! No certificate no camp that's for sure! The person needs to relocate to their school and beg whoevers In charge with a brown envelope! On second thoughts, probably best if they go to court first and swear affidavit that they lost there certificate! Then the school would have no choice no matter how stubborn they are!
