have y'all noticed there are some misconceptions about we programmers, try to drop some that have happened to you or you know of, will drop some

- All Programmers repairs PC
-Programming is all about writing code
- All Programmers are hackers
- Programming is easy
- You work with telecommunications company, so you know all their USSD codes
-You can do all things

Am out of ideas now, add yours....

- Html is a programming language.
- java is short for javascript
- programming is too difficult
- I am a woman, I can't code.

- All programmers dont have girlfriends
- All programmers dont engage in physical activities

When you tell some people you are a programmer, they look at you as if you have suddenly developed 2 heads instead of one or are totally headless.

- Programmers don't know how to spend money, since they on their computers all days

- to learn programming you need to be good at advanced maths..

- To know programming, your first word as you were born must be "Hello World!" if not, you can't know programming again

For real oh, I thought about that too, before I started coding....
Until I realize that all necessary is basic arithmetic, others are "if you want"

- Programmers don't know how to ask a lady out or they don't think about marriage....

- All programmers must have one bad habit maybe smoking, drinking, flirting, coffee e.t.c

6. Writing code and developing software are the same thing.

Mine was that Programmers are yahoo-yahoo/scammers. When Im being asked what I do, I'd reply Im into "Computer programming" and they'd be like "You mean yahoo-boy"
