Could someone tell me why =sum() didn't sum up in my excel. the same command performed well earlier in the program but refused to perform st some point. I know something went wrong could someone tell me possible causes? |

MightySparrow:to acess a cell use the alphabet and number associated with it eg sày you want to access the first cell yu use a1 not number one hope this helps |

Check the referenced cell for each of the cells with #REF!. The message is simply indicating that there are non-numeric data items in the cells, thus Excel could not add it up. Ensure that you format the cells to read the content as numbers instead of text; this should resolve the problem. Hope this helps. |
