My android phone is having problem when i on it,it will on but during booting it will off,dis havin ben hapling 4 one week now.

Engineer will flash the panel and Change the power IC.

thanks,but can i go and buy d power ic and change it by my self bc am graduate elect/elect

Does being a graduate of Electronic Engineering make you a phone engineer? The issue is that if you can do it: yes but if you can't: No.
