Who do you blame when every sane person on nairaland keeps yelling never transact until you get to see the item(POD of course).

However I join to request Jumia to issue immediate refund or be sued. Its a shame people keep complaining about Jumia when it can easily be the best.

Finally, my money has been returned back to me. (without interest angry )
It took the intervention of paga and Gtbank to convince Jumia to pay back.
Whoever made this happen - I say Thanks.

Moral of the story is - NO PAY ON DELIVERY - NO BUYING!!!

Finally, To answer the question about how long it takes for Jumia to issue a refund for cancelled transaction?
Judging from personal experience, I'd say 2 Months.

I am getting the bitter taste of this experience at the moment since september ending, i returned jumia's fake hp laptop and fake substandard items they call freebies (fake usb flash that took 34mins to copy ordinary 100mb file and their fake laptop bag dripping of kerosine and oil). Only to await my precious money (refund).
They refuse to take the items back claiming i broke the seal, how will i know its fake if i dont open it?!
SON standard Organization of Nigeria needs to work on all these sustandard products distrubuted to the citizen of Nigeria. This is corruption, it is a crime to sell fake products to customers.
