We currently are seeking a Support Accountant who will work with others to audit and reconcile invoices generated via various payment options such as Marketplaces, Cash on Delivery, POS Payments, Online Payments, etc.

Major Activities
• Track invoices generated daily.
• Reconcile electronic & bank payments with invoices.
• Reconcile COD invoices with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper billing by logistics providers.
• Reconcile bank payments
• Compute supplier payments
• Process customer refunds
• Assist with managing petty cash account.
• Managing account receivables and payable accounts.

Qualifications
• HND Accounting minimum.
• 2-3yrs experience in account reconciliation and auditing.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to leverage technology to facilitate task.
• Exposure to and working knowledge of internal control frameworks.
• Experience in Retail Accounting or Online Retailing a plus.
