I can only use the internet on my mozilla browser. I cant use it on Utorrent which would help me to download files. Basically, What can I do to use the internet on other apps on my computer.

How can I configure the app, Utorrent to start using the proxy server and start downloading

Which software can I use that will make use of my settings and channel them through all the apps on my computer

can you make use of internet explorer.you will need to make the settings on utorrent to use direct proxy, which is the main network directly.if you can use internet explorer, then you can as well use the utorrent.some apps makes use of internet explorer direct internet settings.
