Plz how do I get ss3 and ss5 on my 4950. I can only track the HD of ss3hd and ss5hd. I did delete the channels and re scanned but still only the ss HD channels showing. Is there any tp for the SD supersports channels?

off ur decoder, remove the smart card ,and clean the chip on d smartcard
then insert ur card and reboot.
if the prob continues switch to ku africa by selecting the TV button on ur remote
u will see d available option den select ku africa on d list
