you're not allowed to carrying any writing material or piece of paper to the exam hall. .
As such, you'll be provided with sheets of paper as mush as you need. All you simply need to do is call the attention of the invigillator that you need more sheets if you've exhausted yours.

And concerning your second question,
you need to submit on time, at least 10secs before the elapsed time even if you're not through.
The computer will shut off immediately the time gets elapsed.
