I really need a matured and good advice from you guys, I find it difficult to remember things. I don't know, whenever I study I really study very had to make sure I understand but after few minutes I will forget what I read and and understood not quite too long. please I really need your help on how to improve on my memories, coz I want to study really really hard for my exams I don't a situation whereby I will sit to read for 4 hours and then during exam there will be nothing to show for it. but not only with my studies but on several occasions where someone will tell me something or I asks someone something and forget that we had such conversation, thanks! I brought my problem here coz I believe that there are good heads here who are willing to help and save others lives for the betterment of tomorrow! God bless you as you help!
