You can use Opera Max app,download and connect it,individual apps can then be blocked as you wish,it also compresses data,it's from the Opera Softwares,works like a charm,highly recommended.. |

You can go to settings,then scroll to data usage,click on individual apps present and then click on restrict background data of applications you want data restrictions on.. |
