-She must be multifunctional and should have managerial abilities.
-she should be someone who has served in various org and industries .
- she should be smart, presentable, computer literate and with a standard for excellence.
-No body will supervise her but she will supervise everybody.
-with an advantage of a professional degress in management.
-she must be between the ages 0f 34 - 40yrs of age.
