Over the years, different individuals have passed through our assessment test in Navaya as part of the criteria for job placement or change of place of work. It has been rather appalling that about 90% of these applications are not employable fit. The same goes for quite a large percentage of the work populace. This leads to redundancy at place of work, lack of interest, motivation and loss of jobs.
