I often wonder when we would grow up to be like the developed and organised society we all copy or want to emulate.

Can you as a person walk up to your dad or mum or uncle or close relative who is in position of authority in naija here and clearly tell him wirhout mincing words but respectfully to stop stealing public funds when you actually know he does?

Can you report your son, friend , sibling or blood relation to the authorities having found out that he or she is a thief or has done something grevious that needs the arm of law catch up with him? Can you
