Someone plz help...I've been battlin' with CONSTIPATION for 3years now... Plz guys help watz the remedy??....I do stool once in a week and anytym I eventually stool, it feels like I wanna pass out blades (U knw wah I mean)...I start feelin' heavy pains in ma anus....plz help, wah shuld I do? |
