Hmm, srry I can't really contribute cos I don't know.
But It could as well be menses, cos its ady 8 weks aboyut 60 days. Post natal bleeding wouda receded by then so tmite as well b menses.
BuT let d ones dat have experienced childbirth come ezxplain

8weeks postnatal, ur not suppose to menstruate.
Dark blood means stale blood.
I guess its likely some form of retained tissue.
How many episodes of bleeding has she had? And wats d quantity like( how many pads arrested d bleeding)?

Tell her to go to d hospital she might have some infection too.

Normal menses. If after 7 days she is still bleeding or the bleeding is too heavy, she should go to her doctor. 8 weeks is okay to restart your menses.
