Please could someone who has been in for the SITP/1 2nd stage interview this month share with us what it is all about? -How did it feel? -What are the possible pitfalls? -Any hints and/or tips? Even if one cannot really prepare for interviews like this, at least it would help interview-first-timers, and those suffering from interviewphobia and jitterymania  .Wish everyone the very best.
