i got this phone from a seller on nairaland, doogee dg550.. The phone is good and nice. feature an octacore 5.5inch ogs, ips display Otg. i was carried away with the features but later discovered i cant hear anything when i make a call even when i turn the volume to the higher no sound until i activate the loud speaker and everyone is hearing my conversation. pls who knows how to fix this?

when u make a call or when sm1 calls u ,increase d volume of ur audio

that is what i mean. if i increase the audio volume, still the same until i turn on the loudspeaker
