Hello House, please how can i fix the sim not not valid error on my iphone 4s. Will really appreciate if someone can help . |

Probably your device is locked, if not the micro sim was not cut properly, if it was cut properly, remove the sim when the phone is on, shut down, wait for 10minutes, reinsert the sim and power it on. I hope this will help. |

the sim was properly cut, i have removed the sim and shut it down for more than 10 minutes as suggested but its still giving the same error message. what is the next thing to do now. |

have u tried another sim on the phone? the sim card mayb damaged |
