It has Full blown windows 8.1 with bing that can run your adobe Photoshop and any other normal windows (.exe) program, and Andriod OS. The windows 8.1 with bing is a genuine activated operating system with one year office 365 subscription. It is powered by INTEL processor. The RAM is 2GB. Memory is 32 GB. You can extend it with another 64GB memory card. 3G Simcard works only in the Andriod OS. Also it has Wifi hotspot for Internet Sharing. A bit of professional work was done to install the English Language Pack for the Windows 8.1 with bing. The Inbuilt Windows defender was also updated by me also.
