You can't use only one metric to conclude anything here. If he had zeroed it down to elections alone that a different case. And even at that he still has to make a comparative analysis in other and different areas. Just because they have a fancy looking collation center don't conclude they are better.

If we want the same standards and annual budget South Africa has, are we willing to pay the price they are paying for all the development they have? That's the biggest question. South Africans pay 40% and above in taxation, are ready for that or we just want the beauty and class without paying the price tag for it ?
