The dombass region, Both adversaries are conventional military with distinct military fatigues that clearly differentiate between combatants and non combatants. There is a big difference between a country that tries to limit civilian casualties, one that doesn't care about civilian casualties, and one that actively hunts civilians.

Russia tries to limit civilian casualties, the US does not care about civilian casualties, and Israel actively hunts civilians.

There is a big difference between all three.

Recent casualty count shows that there have been 62 casualties, 12 confirmed dead and 50 wounded. One fact that it is totally impossible to deny is that the casualty count definitely all can't be military personnel. That's not where I am going sha. Be that as it may, a question that begs to be answered is whether a ballistic missile is the right weapon of choice that is supposed to be used to attack a restaurant and kill a mere 12 people. Of course, you can bring me an argument that those 12 people are extremely important but no sane country will pack 12 important military personnel in a single restaurant for the sake of a meeting. If it is at all necessary, such meetings will be held in an underground bunker.
One thing is also clear, for such a meeting to be held in a restaurant, it is sure that the meeting was designed to be a top secret which means that ordinary civilians were most probably unaware which of course Russia knows that by using a ballistic missile, the biggest casualty would be civilians.

If it were to be Israel that killed 50 Palestinians including 12 Hamas commanders, you would be here bleating like a village Billy goat and crying genocide of women and children.

Now to where I am going....

When we tell you that there is no country in the world that respects the laws of war, you would be calling for your father's head. The earlier you face the ugly truth, the better you know that the saintly colour you are trying to paint Russia is a lost cause.
