Mentioning someone is like sending them a text message. What these people are doing is equivalent to dialing N-A-S-S on their phones and expecting the National Assembly to pick up. And then when someone else answers and warns you not to call him again, you say, "Listen, NASS means National Assembly!" THEY ARE DIALING THE WRONG NUMBER.

They should be using the correct handle for NASS, which is @nassnigeria. Or simply the hashtag #NASS to contribute to a discussion.
