Hello fellow nairalanders, i am a business owner and a dedicated staff of mine lost his mum, he has been off work for almost a week now and its affecting the business productivity as he handles a very important position. Please how long would you advise i give him as off? Regards.

A woman won't be resuming anytime soon.....A man would definitely show up b4 the expected time, God forbid bad thing! He/she can't be buried wit the dead...just a few days to pay the last respect.....some prof. Appears in the lecture room after loosing their wife or child the previous day.....1-14days should do, I think
