Brother, I must be honest with you. The area you mentioned is quite expensive in Ilorin.

Going by your budget, I would suggest that you get a plot for 200k in Amayor, livable area with steady power supply or half a plot there.

But, if you don't want to increase your budget, you can go for some interior properties in Agbabiaka that go for N100k per plot.
