The present generation of Nigerians are eager to know what was Biafra and what made Biafra tick. They seem very anxious to research deeper into the facts and circumstances that made history of Biafra and sustained the Biafran people. What was the moving spirit? There is definitely some myth in the history of Biafra. Maybe one day when the Biafran history and the Biafran museum take their rightful places in the Nigerian scheme of affairs, the myth on Biafra will be better appreciated.

The myth on Biafra is a story of surprise and wonder not only ti Biafra's insiders but also outsiders. It is generally felt or thought that war is self destructive and most of the time not necessary. The truth really is that for war to turn to either self destruction or self preservation, it would depend on the type of one's enemy. If one's enemy was the kind-hearted type, he could leave one alone when one avoid fighting with him. If he was the barbaric type with a stony heart, then avoiding a fight would merely give him the opportunity to have his way, handcuff one and mercilessly deal with one at his pleasure..God forbid..

Merely looking at the northerners in 1966 and from the estimation of the way they planned and executed their pogrom on the easterners, there was no way they could have been soft or lenient on any easterners if the easterners had merely folded their hands without any resistance to them. They could have killed everybody, looted all property and carried away all females into concubinage since in any case the easterners constituted to them a 'desecration' on the soil of northern Nigeria

Broadly speaking , two individuals and two organization constituted the wonder myth and might of Biafra. The first was in the area of public leadership of no other person than the Head of state and commander-in-chief of the Biafran's armed forces and the General of the people's Army, General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu whose charismatic influence and leadership inspired alot of faith, hope and love amongst Biafrans. The second was the Army commander himself whose exceptional ingenuity, and calm disposition worked out several battle victories for Biafra in spite of alll odds, in the person of Major General Alexander Attah Madiebo.

The third was Research and Production (RAP) and the fourth was the Radio biafra.

You may have read in some publications that Radio Biafra set up another radio station WHICH IS A BIG LIE. Buhari the child rapist and terrorist along with his fellow APC Boko Haramites can concoct whatever rubbish they like for the consumption of the inhabitants of the Zoological Republic regarding the status of Radio Biafra but again this evening the facts will speak for itself because Radio Biafra will once again broadcast to the whole world live. There is only one Radio Biafra, therefore people should not be deceived into thinking that we have any other or have set up another radio station. That is a big lie designed by Aso Rock to confuse fickle minded people.
