Completed bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Bachelor’s degree

Personal skills:
Communicate effectively both in person and on the phone while maintaining professionalism
Think with a clear mind and originate clever and useful solutions
Quickly and accurately determine the cause of a complex problem
Motivated and self driven
Supervisory skills

Technical skills:
Proficiency with troubleshooting Windows, particularly 2003 and XP, is preferred
Experience with web programming in ASP.NET (VB.NET and C#.NET)
Experience with Javascript (Experience with AJAX a plus)
Solid understanding of relational design and SQL (experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 a plus)
Knowledge of networking environments in Microsoft Active Directory a plus.
Knowledge of Windows SDK and MFC preferable
Extensive knowledge of C/C++ with strong OO design skills
OS installation experience
SharePoint installation experience.
