Let,s talk about how we can better ourselves as human beings I have a bit to say on the subject why is it that people are so unhappy? it could be so many reasons why, and some of us are so unhappy over the littlest thing going back to a childhood memory, it makes me wonder why? you dident let this angry bit of something out before it turn to misplaced anger or ugly behavior toward people you do not know,when you think about it there,s rage this comes from holding on to something so long that your mind and body want,s to release it because it,s a threat to your soul, so when you do let it out it is like a time bomb that has been ticking that has exploded and your brain is loaded with hate and confusion and it,s so sad that it,s taken out on whoever is there at the time. let,s think about how we can keep that kind of behavior from happening and how we can keep a smile on our faces even though there may be some things on our minds what is the first thing we want to do is say to our yourselves I,m better then that I,m feeling some kind of way because of old unresolved issues from the past I need some time to relax my mind , tell yourselves to fix the attitudes, and think of something positive like a happy moment in your life ,bring that day back relive it in your mind as if it was happing all over again, then put on that one song that breaks you down to the point where you just want to cry, and if so do it cry , cry, cry, cry until there is no more tears to cry, cry for all those lost years let it go"" give it up and turn it loose.meditate for thirty minutes closing your mind from this world while being in another world in your mind, after you meditate write a note on how you felt afterwards. life is a gift, take care of yourselves. much love.
