*One of my customer bought 4 units of DEYE 5kwh lithium battery* 2 months ago and the customer he was supposed to use them for suddenly started prosponding the job and the problem is he purchased the batteries with his own money and now he urgently in need of cash so he decided to sell 2 units out of the 4 units @1.450m each because he bought them at 1.7m each but he is willing to give it out for 1.450m Any interested person can message me |

Good day house, Experts in the house, what's your thoughts on monoslope roofing for a residential building? And then pop on the deck? Is it really cost saving? I actually wanted to do the normal roofing but an engineer I know mentioned that monoslope will save me cost. I look forward to the suggestions. |

Good day Can someone who knows a lot about "roofing" write about stone coated roofing sheets? What to look out for when choosing the type/ thickness to buy and most importantly where to get good deals on them? Or direct to where to read if someone has done this already. |

Leorichy:For the best stone coated quality and reliable materials I prefer… shingles,milano roofing sheets that’s what I always use for most of my work and I also recommend it to all my clients as well. But for the qualities and thickness it depends on the company you brought it. Because there’s a lot of fake stoned coated out there. It’ll fade in the next 4-5 months and you won’t like it anymore… but for those who know the good qualities will definitely identify it when they see it including the thickness also. Check up my page to see the best qualities. |

I need an estimate for the quantity and cost of materials to cast a 1000 sqm concrete ground slab (M15) with 8mm BRC, averaging 100 mm in thickness, divided into 4m x 4m panels using expansion joints, for the next 8 weeks. Please also include an estimate for breaking the existing deteriorated slab. KIDfurniture:I once made a post here regarding this, when engaging any artisan, ask questions about details of materials to be used. Ask to see samples if possible then do your research about the material type you're shown before you part with your hard earned money. Many homeowners just believe in their bargaining power but no artisan go work without making gains. But once you both have agreement on the materials to be used, any slight difference, just ask for your refund. As for the burglary we have the conventional ones with rods concealed in a tube which is safer but costlier. |
