This is to inform MTN & NCC to restrategize as regards the ongoing compulsory SIM revalidation. There are lots of irregularities in the exercise i.e The android laptop used for the exercise is not capable of the task, there is instability of network access on the system which resulted into system hanging, the batttery inside the system has short backup life which makes us wait for 1hour charging at every 3hours usage, only 4 attendants was attending to over 1000 customers, lots of frustration which resulted into FIGHT. below are some of the picture that shows the situation of things at MTN office, bestway bus stop iwo road, Ibadan.
