I gave my laptop to a technician to format and relaod it again with window7 Premium which was formally on the system before I upgraded to window 10, which I think caused the crash, but now the technician did everything but have my system runninh with Window7 Enterprise, which I have tried upgrading to window 10 but I found it impossible, so please do anybody have any ideal of what I should do huh
