How did it taste . . .?

This is a stupid question.

There are some food that don't need oil.

Name some specific food!!

i cook my rice without oil/butter and the taste is great._{it's all about the seasoning}  If possible, i try to avoid the use of oils and high calorie fats. Many times i stew my saltfish  without oil

I fry my chickens without oil . . . . . . no . . . not whatchya thinking . . . i use the oven and it tastes better than fried chicken . . . a trial will convince ya . . .

I cook Egusi soup/sauce without oil . . .

I cook almost everything . . . yea . . . you heard me right . . . even stew/tomatoe sauce et al without oil and it tastes better , . and . . .healthier . . .

Use a non-stick pan(very important)  and use 2 table spoons(remember you're frying  . . .not boiling the eggs. . . ) of water or diet milk for frying . . .uhmmmm . . . delicious . . .

If boiled eggs can taste delicious without oil . . . what makes you think eggs fried with water or a little amount of milk won't taste delicious . . .?

Just try it and give your feedback . . .

Just name any dish (as long as it's a common dish that i KNOW how to cook) and i'll tell you how to prepare it in a healthier and more tasteful way without using OIL . . .
