Hello great property gurus, please I have a property around Alimoso/iyanapaja axis an inheritance actually but it's in a relatively bad state, all tenants have been asked to leave.

The plan I have for the property is for it to be renovated, it's a two storey building but presently do not have sufficient funds to cater for the renovation that's why have come to solicit for support from any genuine developer in the house that can help renovate/return house to more habitable and comfortable status, rent it out and we work out modalities of how to go about paying the developer from the rent and subsequent transfer of property to me.

Am available for more questions and will be glad if am able to pull this through on this forum.

Thanks for your interest @cmoney 22222, not specific amount yet it depends on how the developer wants to fix it, we can start with the 2nd floor, rehabilitate and rent it out then move to the 1st floor and subsequently the ground floor, if there's enough funds we can rehabilitate all at once and rent all out immediately, plenty options to choose from and am flexible about it
