He burrowed 50K from dad and 50K from mom = 100K and bought laptop for 97K remaining 3K. He returned 1K to dad & 1K to mom, which means he burrowed 49K from each of them. 49K + 49K = 98K. Total money burrowed minus cost of Laptop: 98K - 97K = 1K (that is with him) So no money is missing. |
