Is there any difference btw a consumer and a customer? Pls N'landers what is the difference? |

yea there is a minor difference. although both usually overlap and mean the same thing a customer is someone who purchases a good or service from a vendor or seller and a consumer is someone who uses or consumes the good or service. the customer is the buyer and the consumer is the user of the good or service. |

yes that's why I said they usually overlap. a customer (buying at the store) is usually the consumer (of the good the store sells). ![]() |

Customers are usually the big corporations, business owners, or peeps on eBay. Consumers are usually the people that uses those items. Like oyinda said. |
