hi there! i just want to ask for help coz i have a friend whose austrian national unfortunately his on jail right now and badly needed help can anyone help me how to resolve problems? obviously he need financial support that cost usd2500 to bailed out but he havent have any money left on his pocket he has bank account but he cant access it to nigeria so his having a difficult time on it. |
