The process of acquiring a very high sense of information seeking and capability to follow through to actualization is called motivation.

A person is motivated when his dreams become very real to him. He develops a strong urge to follow this dream. This will drive you to seek any relevant information that will lead to its actualization.

Motivation starts with the desire to be free, to be free from dependency on others, to be free to live the lifestyle you dream of and to be free to explore ideas.

Total freedom is not desirable or possible, but the struggle to achieve that ideal is the basic for motivation.

The three basic elements that motivation is built ON

1. Motivation starts with a need, vision, dream or desire to achieve the seemingly impossible. Creativity is associated with ideas, projects and goals, which can be considered a path to freedom.

2. Developing a love-to-learn lifestyle, become involved with risky ventures and continually seek new opportunities.

3. Develop the ability to overcome barriers and to bounce back from discouragement or failure. Achievers learn to tolerate the agony of failure. In any worthwhile endeavors, barriers and failure will be there.

Bouncing back require creative thinking as it is a learning process. In addition, bounce back requires starting again at square one.

A loss of any one part of motivation is on the rocks. For example:

1. If you like to be creative and love to learn but cannot face up to failure, you will not go back and try again. Persistent is associated with bouncing back.

2. If you have a unique idea but do not like taking risks, idea is all you will ever have.

3. There must be something in your life that turns you on. Remember, money is not a goal; it is a reward for achieving a goal.
